Whether the home backs up to woods, sits on a cul-de-sac, or faces a busy road, and how it fits with the homes around it.

Community pools, tennis courts, parks and lakes, shown from above so buyers see what comes with the address.
Pools, roofs and outdoor living
Pools, patios, decks and landscaping that are hard to show from the ground.
How Drone Shoots Work
Aerials are part of the same visit as your photos.
- Flown during your photo shoot, so there’s no extra trip or appointment
- FAA Part 107 licensed and flown within FAA rules
- High overhead shots for the lot, plus lower angles for the front of the home
- Edited to match your listing photos and delivered next day, ready for the MLS
- Some areas near Hartsfield-Jackson, Dobbins Air Reserve Base and other airports have airspace limits. If your listing is near one, I’ll give you a heads-up that the drone shots may not be possible

Do I need to be there for the drone shots?
No. Drone photos are taken during the regular shoot, whether you meet me there, the sellers are home, or I use the lockbox.
What if it’s raining or windy?
Drones can’t fly safely in rain or strong wind. If the weather won’t allow a safe flight, we’ll reschedule at no charge.
Can you fly anywhere in metro Atlanta?
Most neighborhoods, yes. Parts of the metro sit under controlled airspace around airports and Dobbins Air Reserve Base, where flying can be restricted. If I see your listing is near one, I’ll let you know ahead of time that the drone shots may not happen. And if the drone won’t clear to fly on the day of the shoot, I’ll tell you right away.
